1. Introduction

Welcome to the Orkestra Agent Referral Rewards Programme (“Programme”). This Programme is designed to reward independent agents (“Agents”) who refer potential customers (“Referred Customers”) to Orkestra for technical support or IT services during their relocation or ongoing business operations. Participation is entirely voluntary and does not constitute an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Agent and Orkestra.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To participate, Agents must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Register accurately at www.orkestra.com.au/refer
  • Provide complete and correct information about the Referred Customer.
  • Referred Customer must not already be an existing Orkestra client.

3. Referral Process

  1. Submission: Agents submit referrals at www.orkestra.com.au/refer
  2. Customer Contact: Orkestra will contact the Referred Customer to schedule a consultation.
  3. Quotation: After assessing the customer’s needs, Orkestra will send a formal quotation and notify agent.
  4. Acceptance Period: The Referred Customer must accept the quotation within three (3) months for the referral to qualify for additional rewards.

4. Reward Structure

  • Referral Fee: Agents receive a referral reward for every quotation sent to a Referred Customer.
  • Acceptance Bonus: Agents receive an additional reward upon the customer’s acceptance of the quotation.
  • Monthly Payments: Rewards are calculated and loaded monthly onto the Agent’s reloadable gift card based on quotations sent and accepted within the month.

5. Reward Disbursement

  • Rewards are provided through a reloadable gift card.
  • Agents are responsible for safeguarding their gift cards. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced by Orkestra.

6. Nature of Relationship

  • Participation in the Programme does not constitute employment or create any partnership or agency relationship between the Agent and Orkestra.
  • Agents have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Orkestra.

7. Tax Implications

  • Rewards under this Programme may be classified as gifts, not income. However, individual tax obligations may vary.
  • Agents should seek independent advice from a qualified accountant or tax advisor.

8. Programme Modifications

  • Orkestra reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Programme at any time without prior notice.
  • Any updates will be communicated through official channels, and continued participation implies acceptance of new terms.

9. General Conditions

  • Orkestra reserves the right to disqualify any Agent suspected of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
  • Orkestra’s decisions regarding the Programme are final.
